I have everything added in the cart and when it comes to paying there is nothing in my basket, please help! I love buying jewelry here!! Also 1 time I managed to pay for my items only once they appeared and I waited and they never sent them because they don't know why they refunded me but I wanted the jewelry😔

The website and the app is trash. I placed an order through the app and there was a glitch, something about token expiring. So I re-entered my info and the order went through the second try but I ended up with two pending charges for the same order. I emailed customer service and they got back to me the next day but with an auto generated response. Something along the lines of sorry for the inconvenience but we had to cancel your order and you should not be charged for that order. They did not address my issue at all. After that, only one charge was removed from my bank. There was still the issue with the duplicate charge, if they had canceled my order then both pending charges should be gone. I really wanted to get my daughter some things with the awesome deal (buy 3 get 3), I placed the order again but through the website this time and the same thing happened.. expired token, order didn’t go through but I still got a pending charge for it.. I said screw it. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I’ll have to call my bank to dispute the charges because customer service doesn’t really know what they’re doing. I also emailed them about updating my phone number but it’s crickets on that issue. I don’t know what happened.. Claire’s is falling apart.

This app is absolutely terrible and does not function as it should. Continuously asks for u to sign in after u've already logged in countless times. U can't return to ur previous search when u click on an item. I refuse to put my card info all bc of this. I use Apple Pay instead to be cautious. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I feel like the app needs a upgrade because it is pretty boring of the search bar and the store one at Walmart said get 3 things and get 3 things free and they took both my gift cards and they both had $25 on them and the 3 things I got with was not free

This is in regards to the website as well: Constantly logs you out and cites “Mismatched Token.” This is with “Remember Me” enabled. Can’t return to search upon selecting an item page to look at. The search has to start over. As of now, not a single payment (Card, Apple, Klarna…) method goes through, and the site/app just redirects you to your cart. I had lost several important items in my cart hours ago due to payment failure, wherein several of said important items that I’ve been waiting for the chance to purchase went out of stock. Last week, I had another set of items in my cart to take advantage of the discount. I suddenly lost access to my cart despite being logged in, resulting in customer service contact resolution coming days later and the discount expiring. I requested some discount to match this, but they apparently aren’t allowed to give any. The promised C-Club “free gift” doesn’t exist. I’ve tried contacting stores around my area and they have no clue either. I had an item that broke upon opening. With the receipt, I contacted the customer service email. It took customer service over the course of 1-1.5 weeks just for them to instruct me to ‘Contact my store.’ SHEIN and Temu service agents are much more timely, replying within a few minutes or 2 days. Just… let me buy the items I want at the price I can afford… Hire a site designer who can fix the site, hire a developer who can fix the app…

Would be great if I didn’t have to login every time I click my account.

I’ve been trying to order a pair of socks for a few days now. Every time I put in my credit card information, it would say the information wasn’t valid and to try again, which I did a few times. However, it is taking my money as if I had actually bought the socks even though it doesn’t let me?

This app is off to a decent start but there are so many things that could be better. First of all, there’s a pop up every 5 seconds and that gets really annoying. It’s slow and takes forever to load anything. There’s no back arrow when searching so if you click on something but then want to go back and look at what you were looking at before, you can’t, you have to start the whole search over again. The cart should be easily accessible but you have to click through a lot of things to get there. Same with your wishlist. It’s really hard to access your wishlist and the option to add something to your wishlist is also hard to find. Also, there’s no option to delete your account, which I tried to do but can’t figure out how. Other than that the app is fine, but as it is now it’s really annoying to use and they might as well not have an app at all because using it makes me never want to shop at Claire’s again.

I really love this app and all but I’d like to make a few suggestions. 1.Adding more stuff in the make up thing besides lip gloss and more stuff like the ones at the store and 2. I’d like u guys to add a back button beside having to just tap search again and there the things u searched up go plz add a back button

Please read everything below Please fix these issues: -improve website speed and server performance -having to log in every time the app is opened or add items to a wishlist -add the wishlist button to the shop page without having to click on the item and then scroll down to add -the option to make more than one wishlist -unlimited items on wishlists Back button when scrolling through pages without having to start at the top of the page -allow & add real, honest, reviews with unlimited characters & pics/vids -allow options to add multiple people/children to one account for rewards as some people do have multiple children -add tracking options on the directly on the account -include pictures, item number, and all details of each purchased item under purchase history -please keep up with inventory and only show/sell items that are actually in stock -add an option to be notified when items are back in stock or for delivery items -items & pictures sometimes don't match with the description -more sales/promotions, diverse collaborations, celeb/influencer collaborations I have been a customer since middle school and now for my children. But lately, I've had a better experience at other stores; Target, Amazon, etc.

The app doesn't appear to have a way to look at the recent order history… It’s annoying!

So I just got the app and as soon as I open it the Clair’s sign goes to the bottom left of the screen.And then kicks me off the app,So I delete the app then I install it back then turn my phone all the way off and I open the app and it does the same thing.I have an IPhone 13 mini if you wanted to know if I wasn’t able to have it on my software.So if you can try to fix it or reply to this it would be very helpful.Thank you

It's annoying that it literally deletes my email password and Dob

I love Claire’s and have spent sooooo much money there but I’m sorry… this app is the most frustrating to use. Not at all user friendly. It gives me the option to find my store but not to set it as my default. I can never find my wishlist and when I add something to my “bag” and hit continue shopping it takes me back to the item I just added to my cart, with no way to go back and keep browsing. So every time I have to go back and find the category shopping page, I have to start all over (like back to the top of page 1.). It’s maddening and just not worth it.

It needs to be updated every 2 weeks it barely works anymore and it’s been a year since the last update

This app was literally so horrible at first i was doing fine until i realized i couldn't even click on my cart. Then i was trying to search something up and it wouldn't even come up. This looks like a project a middle schooler made, seriously who made this?? I can definitely tell it is not a pro!

They promo customer download their app, open account and create reward account to have $10 coupon. I did all of require. Order online in store pick. They canceled all the order. With the reason items out of stocks. I been store a day before to ask why my order still not available to pick up. They said the system stop. But I see all the items in store. They canceled then send me the coupon 20% off ask me to purchase 😒😒😒Just close your store please don’t play the drity game.

I love Claire's but we can't go all the time so when my mom showed me that app I went crazy. No errors in the app everything is so cute on here just not everything well be sent to my house but it's alright. It won't take a long time it just takes a week or 2.

Even with the updated version it still crashes so if your an iOS user don’t download.

I really love it but when I ordered a pack of nails I got it but it was the actually nails I got.

App keeps crashing on my phone when I click on it. Have un-downloaded and re-downloaded loaded multiple times with the same issue. Please fix this issue

I like the convenience of utilizing apps, and I think Claire’s is OK. I recently made a purchase without issues. However, there’s the potential to make the app easier for customers. First, I don’t like having to log in each time I open the app (even after checking the “Remember me” box). Secondly, when I reach subsequent pages and need to go back to the previous section, I have to start all the way at the beginning (pg. 1) and it’s extremely frustrating. Third, as far as I can tell, the app doesn’t have a link to review orders. I’ve seen a link for tracking packages, though. The downside: customers must enter information, such as tracking number, email, etc. So, great start on the app but some adjustments would make it a lot easier for people to shop.

Ok so this is more for the actual store at all malls but stay with me. So me and my daughter went to Claire’s for the “ buy 3 get 3 free deal.” They literally charge us 40 dollars for 3 thing that were 5$ each? They said sorry and ONLY GAVE ME 14$ BACK!?! How rude😡Never go to this store my daughter is still crying to this day. Also they took my phone case ( That was 5$) and said is was 20$!?! But we saw the 5$ sticker on it??? Anyways if you think this should shut down I am with you😡😡

App is impossible to navigate, if you click on a product you can’t go back to the search. Have to go back to square one and apply all your filters all over again just to continue browsing. Only giving two stars because of the amount of selections available, and it does tell you if an item is available at your physical store from the main search page. This is a shame because I really like Claire’s, but I guess I have to go to the physical store to do any actual shopping.

Downloaded the app because the website is so glitchy making it irritating and much longer to do simple tasks but the app is even worse. You can’t go back after clicking on the product, you have to search and go to the last page you were on over and over again and after using the search bar so many times the app won’t let me search or click on anything even when I close out the app and get back on. It’s ridiculous. I would rather go in person but I live to far from a Claire’s store. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

This app needs to be updated. It’s not user friendly at all. It doesn’t save your search item and the app doesn’t allow you to go back to previous search.

App won’t let me look up items I want to search

I went to shop on the Claire’s app and it wouldn’t let me go on. It kept switching me back to my home screen. What gives?

I downloaded the app multiple times but didn’t open

The app takes a while to switch to different categories and even with a stable WiFi source and being on the app for a little bit, it still wouldn’t load photos for most of the items when scrolling. I would wait for it to load and one time almost took 10 minutes for just one category to load, eventually to not load the items on that category.

Recently I downloaded the app and when I open it it’s totally crashed, no working and when I read the recently updated they no have any updates only the holidays updates and that’s it. I preferred order in the website and pick up to my nearest claire’s store 🤷🏻‍♀️.

This store is my favorite they have fidget toys and mini brands I came to Claire’s for my birthday and got tons of stuff next birthday I’m going there again

This app is ok, but definitely needs an update. I have to constantly sign in to do anything in the one session I am on it. I love the ease of picking out items but that I can’t go back to the list without starting all over again. All in store items are also not available on the app. The sales on the app are great though and make up for a little of the frustration, not much but a little. There is potential for this to be a great user friendly app but it currently fall short.

Every time I sign in, I click “remember me” so I won’t have to sign in every single time. But it doesn’t work. It still makes me sign in. Even if I’m in the app and sign in, then I go look at something else, when I go back to my account it makes me sign in again. It’s ridiculous!

All the items are sooo pretty! 😍 But the only bad thing is that all of them are too over priced. Like the earrings, I bet they aren't even good qualitied, are like $15. It might be not so worth it.

Not only does the website barley function, the app doesn’t work either. Tried multiple times throughout the day to place an order, and every time after clicking “pay now” it sends me right back to the checkout. What a mess
